In Wildcat Drumline we will learn drumming techniques in the style of a Drum Corps or Marching Band. This technique combines precise exciting drumming with group discipline and visual flair. We will learn and write our own tunes by ear, learn marching band cadences, and stick tricks to boot. From complete beginner to experienced drummer, everyone has something to learn and contribute to the group as we set our sights toward being one band with one sound.
Starting September 17th Wildcat Drumline will begin it’s 3rd year at Waters Elementary School
FREE Trial Class on Thursday, September 17th - see if the Wildcat Drumline is right for you! Grownups are invited to observe, but it is not required. Returning Drummers, please attend the trial if possible. First “official” day will be September 24th
Wildcat Drumline follows the CPS calendar with some additional days off that are accounted for in the tuition price. Please see the Calendar in the Resources page for details.
Bucket Drums and sticks provided.
Drumline is a year long ensemble! To make the most out of your Drumline experience, please plan to commit to the full year!

Student Tuition: $650 (one time program fee, no makeups or prorated tuition for absences. Averages to about $20 per 60 minute class, September - May).
