It depends on the nature of the program, but typically we’ve used music rooms, classrooms, or multi-function rooms. Ideally we’d rely on the same space every week, but we’re flexible and happy to find something that works for everyone. We have even made music in hallways and staircases!

Our program pricing depends on the project. Some of our programs are 100% funded by the school, some are funded 100% by families, and some are a split between the two.

We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

We do not offer refunds, make ups, or prorated tuition for student absences, school cancelations, or change of mind/schedule. Our flat, annual fee is designed to create the best possible experience for the Balladeers - by investing in the full year, it fosters a greater sense of commitment and a more consistent and collaborative learning environment. It also allowed us to provide our wonderful instructors with a reliable and stable income for the entire school year so we can attract and retain great teachers!
